Employment, Skill, and Knowledge for Pharmaceutical Industry

What are the skills that pharmaceutical companies are looking for? What are the most important skills of a successful job-seeker?
 
Surveys of top job-search experts and human resources specialists in the pharmaceutical industry indicate that time after time pharmaceutical employers are looking for the following in the prospective employees;
 
Technical/Job Related Skills – It is expected that the applicant be familiar with the job function and have the experience and knowledge to perform the job confidently and competently.
