Employment, Skill, and Knowledge for Pharmaceutical Industry

What are the skills that pharmaceutical companies are looking for? What are the most important skills of a successful job-seeker?
Surveys of top job-search experts and human resources specialists in the pharmaceutical industry indicate that time after time pharmaceutical employers are looking for the following in the prospective employees;
Technical/Job Related Skills – It is expected that the applicant be familiar with the job function and have the experience and knowledge to perform the job confidently and competently.
Communication Skills – most employers put this skill in the top three of their list. Communication skills refer to one-on-one verbal language skills, writing skills, presentation skills, and the ability to convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and professional manner.

Teamwork Skills – employers want to know how you work in the team environment and how you can contribute to the success of their team.
